The grapes are left in the sun for 6-8 days and give us a very rich and at the same time elegant sweet wine that is matured in French oak barrels. A single varietal wine from liatiko with aromas of dried fruits and nuts followed by a caramel and chocolate aftertaste. Pairs harmoniously with dark chocolate and hazelnut sweets, fruit tarts and ice creams.
