To place an order with SIGANOS S.A., you must have legal capacity under civil law, meaning you must be at least 18 years old and not be under legal support for sales contracts. Orders may also be placed by legal entity representatives. The company reserves the right to accept orders from guardians of individuals without legal capacity. SIGANOS S.A. reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have contracted. To place an order, the following is required:

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. C1. Payment by Debit, Prepaid, or Credit Card
You have the option to use a credit, debit, or prepaid card, such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover. The siganos-sa.gr online store does not store the card details you enter when placing your order.
The process is completed in the secure environment of Alpha Bank via the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform using the redirect method.
All card payments are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform, and it uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
The user (customer) is solely responsible for correctly entering and providing the accurate details of their debit, prepaid, or credit card. The credit card that the user (customer) uses to pay for their order is charged only once and only for that specific transaction.
SIGANOS S.A. is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial institutions with which it cooperates for the completion of commercial transactions or for any fault on their part.
