Payment Methods

Customers of SIGANOS S.A.’s online store “siganos-sa.gr” can choose from the following payment options for their orders:

Payment via Debit, Prepaid, or Credit Card

You have the option to use a credit, debit, or prepaid card such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover. The online store siganos-sa.gr does not store the card details you enter when placing your order.

The process is completed in the secure environment of Alpha Bank through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform using the redirect method.

All card payments are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.

The user (customer) is solely responsible for accurately recording the details of their debit, prepaid, or credit card. The credit card used by the user (customer) for the order payment is charged only once and only for that specific transaction.

SIGANOS S.A. is not responsible for the personal data usage policies adopted by the financial institutions with which it collaborates for the completion of commercial transactions or for any fault on their part.

Each order is processed once payment has been made for both the specific item and the shipping costs.

If the money transfer is made from another bank, any transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Specifically, in the case of Web Banking, when asked to specify who bears the transfer costs (sender, recipient, or both), you must select “Sender.”

For your convenience, please include your order number as the deposit reference.

Then, send the receipt to her.orders@siganos-sa.gr, mentioning your order number so that it can be quickly and easily identified. If you do not send it, the confirmation process may take 1-5 business days depending on the bank’s remittance policy.
