A great family wine tradition since 1959, in the vineyards owned by the family in Koutsi, Nemea. On 1998 Konstantinos Gofas is on the leadership, taking steps to separate the vineyards, depending on the variety grown there, to introduce new techniques and methods, to grow new varieties and to produce wines of great quality.

A modern production unit with great family history. The first label of retsina «Kechribari» to travel the world and show the great potential and quality of this wine comes from this family. The owner Stelios, along with his wife and their children are the beholders of this great tradition. There is always a quest for new flavours and so the wines “Rosa” and “Afros” are innovative and a great way to re-introduce the resin flavours of this famous greek wine.

Markos Markovitis is a 3rd generation wine maker, talented and radical, he has been in the family winery since 2012. In the Polla Nera area, we can find their vineyard, the first vineyard to be certified organic in Greece, where xinomavro variety is being grown. Markos is dedicated to the promotion and evolution of this variety, his wines can be enjoyed now but have great aging potential.

Gaia Wines was established in 1994 by Giannis Paraskevopoulos and Leon Karatsalos in order to study in depth the potential of greek grape varieties. There are two wineries in Greece’s famous terroirs, Santorini and Nemea. In Santorini history goes back in 1994, when the great white wine “Thalassitis” from the greek variety assyrtiko, was produced in 9.800 bottles. In Nemea the winery was founded in 1997 and the varieties grown there are aghiogiorgitiko, roditis and moschofilero.

One of the newest wineries in Santorini, established in 2015 in Vourvoulos area, dedicated to the production of great wines from this unique terroir. The name of the vineyards comes from the volcanic rock found in the island. The grape varieties grown are assyrtiko, athiri, aidani and mavrotragano. A great project by young visionary people making wines that have already conquered the wine lists in Greece and abroad.

The history began in the 80s in Krania, on the foothills of mount Olympus. Those vineyards in the area are known from ancient and byzantines times. Since 2007 the leader in this project is Evripidis Katsaros. The vineyards are grown organically, in 650-820 m. of altitude and the varieties grown are cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay and xinomavro. The notion of terroir is of great importance and the philosophy is that great wines are produced in the vineyard and not in the winery.

The winery of the Lyrarakis family was established in 1966 in Alagni, in the area of Heraklion. The family is now growing only indigenous varieties and has done great work towards the revival and development of grape varieties that had almost extincted like dafni, plito and melissaki. All bottlings of the estate are vegan certified and the philosophy of the people is aligned with sustainable practices.

History begins back in 1979, when Costa Lazaridi began building his dream vineyard in the foothills of mountain Falakro in the area of Drama, in northern Greece. In 1986 the first winery is built, an innovative production unit for the time in Greece. Indigenous and international varieties are grown in the vineyards and the wines, with great finesse and of high quality, are one of the favourites in the greek and international market.

The Wine Art Estate began its history because of the inspiration of two talented people, Giannis Papadopoulos and Giannis Kalaitzidis. The people of the Wine Art estate work with passion and great dedication to produce high quality wines from greek and indigenous varieties. The name of the estate’s first labels, Techni Alipias, is taking us back to Ancient Greece, where philosophers were talking about the art of “non-sorrow”. The estate is located in the foothills of mountain Paggaio, in the area of Drama, northern Greece. This mountain, in ancient times, was closely related with the cult of Dionysos and the Orphic mysteries.

Kasta Brewing lab is a new born project in the center of Heraklion, Crete. Kostas Antonakakis and Anna Tzani are the people behind this project, dedicated to produce fresh, non-pasteurized and unfiltered beers, four labels for you to taste and pick out your favorite one. Their goal is for you to taste good fresh beer, for people to get together and communicate, to experiment and even to brew your own beer.
