A wine with a rich and oily mouthfeel and aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and sweet vanilla notes thanks to its aging in French oak barrels. The aromas of Chardonnay and the floral and fruity dimension of Vidianos combine to create a wine with a long finish with a clean lemon colour, which pairs wonderfully with yellow cheeses, white meats and lobster pasta.
