Zacapa XO® is a super-premium rum made from a blend of aged rum between 6 and 23 years old. Produced from sweet, pure cane honey instead of molasses. It uses the Solera System aging process, which takes place in oak barrels, which were used in the past to store French Cognac. This creates a great balance of aromas and flavors, as the Zacapa XO is the hero of the Zacapa family. Zacapa has been awarded five times in a row with the first place in the International Rum Competition and is the only luxury rum in the pantheon of rum.
