The Kritikos White by Boutari Winery is a white, dry wine with Protected Geographical Indication Crete, produced from the local Vilana variety. It features a bright pale yellow color and exudes intense aromas of white flowers and fruits such as peach, apricot, pineapple, and mango. On the palate, it presents very good balance, mild taste, pleasant acidity, and a long finish. It pairs ideally with salads, seafood, and poultry. Serve at 7-10°C.
