Product Description

Βright pale yellow in color, with slight greenish highlights that has matured with its lees in small French oak barrels for 7 months, it gives us aromas of citrus fruits and melon and a subtle presence of vanilla and wood aromas. It combines harmoniously with grilled white meats or with rich creamy sauces, accompanied by vegetables, sweet veal, fish grilled or cooked in white sauces, as well as with smoked fish. Enjoy at 13°C
