In 1890, the son of Luigi Rossi began to develop a new style of MARTINI vermouth. It took him nearly 10 years before he unveiled his creation of new years of 1900. A vermouth for the new millennium. It was known as MARTINI EXTRA DRY. Bright, with a pale gold colour and a delicate perfume where raspberry and lemon notes are perceived over a background of licorice with touches of wood. All finishing with a beautifully balanced fresh acidity.
