To thank her, Thomas gave her his only treasure: the secret of an aniseed liqueur made of eleven plants, spices, and fruits that were extraordinarily refreshing and fragrant. And so, Marie Brizard Anisette was born, the first liqueur of Marie Brizard & Roger.
