Following the protocol of French winemakers, Marmaria’s wine was created, a 100% Chardonnay with a medium lemon color and impressive aromas of vanilla, butter, honey, apricot, lemon, bergamot and peach. It has a medium body, refreshing acidity and an oily mouthfeel. It pairs wonderfully with pasta with white sauce, grilled fish and poultry.
