“Skitali” by Hatzidakis Winery is an authentic white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, sourced from vineyards in Pyrgos and Megalochori, Santorini. It ferments with native yeasts and matures on the lees for 12 months, unfiltered. It offers vibrant acidity, strong minerality, and a long finish. Its name symbolizes the “baton” passed from founder Haridimos Hatzidakis to his children.
