An established label and a rare version of this variety, made with the traditional champagne method, a fine wine with aromas of lemon blossom and honey, brioche and rose, yeast and baked bread. Aromatic, refreshing, with its yellowish-green colour and fine bubbles, it goes harmoniously with shellfish, fruit or even on its own as an aperitif.
