Botran Reserva 15 Años is a fine Guatemalan rum produced from virgin sugar cane syrup. It ages for 5 to 15 years through the Solera system in barrels that previously held American whiskey, sherry, and port, imparting complexity and depth. It boasts rich aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, cocoa, banana, cherry, and refreshing mint. On the palate, it reveals flavors of apricot, orange peel, clove, vanilla, and oak, with notes of nutmeg, sweet carrot, and fresh hazelnut. The finish is reminiscent of cinnamon-glazed almonds. With an alcohol content of 40%, it is ideal for enjoying neat, over ice, or in refined cocktails.
