Product Description
The white organic wine of the Daskalakis family is produced exclusively from the Vidiano variety, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels for 3 months. It has a bright yellow colour and its aromas are dominated by peach, apricot and notes of white flowers and herbs. It is rich in flavour with good acidity and goes well with fish, poultry and fatty cheeses.
